Before You Arrive
- Drink an extra glass of water — most pre-spa bodies are mildly dehydrated, especially in summer or post-flight
- Skip caffeine for 1-2 hours if you can — it sharpens cortisol and works against the parasympathetic shift
- Avoid heavy meals 60-90 minutes before — lying face-down on a full stomach is uncomfortable
- Wear comfortable, easily-removed clothing — loose trousers or a dress, soft top, simple shoes
- Skip jewellery, watches, and complicated layers — everything has to come off and be stored
- Bring a hair tie if your hair is long
- Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for the consultation and changing process
