From Union Metro Station the walk to Ego European Spa takes about five minutes. Union is the interchange of the Red and Green Lines, so it is reachable from Marina, Downtown, JLT, Karama and the Gold Souq side without changing trains more than once. Leave the station through the exit signposted toward Al Rigga and Riggat Al Buteen and you surface on 4th Street. Keep the Deira Clock Tower roundabout on your left and walk along 4th Street; the Jannah Dubai Creek Hotel appears on your right within the first two or three minutes, with a large glass entrance. The spa is inside the hotel and the way to it is signposted from the main lobby. If the app asks for a street, it is 4th Street in Riggat Al Buteen, and the hotel appears under its own name in Google Maps, Careem and Uber, so you can also pick it from the list instead of typing. Some older maps still show the previous name, Edge Creekside Hotel; it is the same building at the same address. Travel time from Dubai International Airport is about fifteen minutes, from Downtown or Business Bay around twenty-five minutes, and from JBR or Marina between thirty and forty minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to stop at the main hotel entrance rather than the car park, walk into the lobby and follow the spa signs.

Yes. Guests visiting the spa can use the Jannah Dubai Creek Hotel car park free of charge, and no ticket validation is needed: drive in, park, and come up to the spa reception. This is the easier option in central Deira, where street parking near the Clock Tower is paid, limited to a few hours, and hard to find during evening shopping traffic. If you arrive late in the evening the car park is usually quieter than during the day. On the rare occasions when a large hotel event fills the car park, message reception on WhatsApp on your way and they will point you to the nearest alternative. Leaving after your session is simple: the exit is on the same side of the building as the hotel entrance, and there is no barrier fee to pay on the way out.

Ego European Spa is open every day from 10:00 in the morning until 02:00 at night, seven days a week, with the same schedule on public holidays. Late sessions are a normal part of the day here rather than an exception: many guests come after dinner in Deira, after a late flight into DXB, or at the end of a work shift, and a massage that starts at midnight is fine. The full treatment menu is available in the evening, including couple sessions and four-hand massage when two therapists are free at the same time. The quietest windows are usually early afternoon and after 23:00. For a specific therapist or a session close to closing time, send a WhatsApp message an hour or two ahead so that reception can hold the room; walk-ins are welcome whenever a room is free.
